The Trash and Treasure Thrift Shop serves thrifty Pawtucket shoppers every Wednesday and Saturday morning from 9 am to noon.
The Trash and Treasure Shop is located in the basement of the parish hall. Enter through first door along the right side of the church building–look for the “OPEN” flag.
Prices are extremely reasonable.
- Come and find a bargain
- Come and help others find bargains–we will always welcome new volunteers to help put out stock and staff the shop! Speak with Cheryl Scarpetti, shop manager, or one of the clergy. The shop is run by the Episcopal Church Women but volunteering is open to everyone. Many hands make light work!
- Come and donate your gently-loved items. Donations of clean clothing, small household items, jewelry, shoes, and recent paperback books are always welcome.
All proceeds from the shop fund the mission and ministry of the Church of the Good Shepherd, everything from building maintenance to grants to local nonprofits, and the shop is the single largest source of funds in the church budget.
